All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours and delivered as per the timelines mentioned below.
Any order placed on the weekend after 5:00 PM on Saturday will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday or the next working day.
Please note that there is no courier pickup or dispatch on Sundays and government holidays. This may affect dispatch timelines, especially considering the perishable nature of our products.
Orders placed during festival seasons or high-demand periods may experience delays in dispatch or delivery due to stock limitations or increased shipment volumes.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided while placing the order. Any delay or non-delivery arising due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact details shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
A shipping charge of ₹15 per packet is applicable.
All product-related or shipping-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
Note: Delivery timelines may be impacted due to unforeseen circumstances, operational constraints or public health situations, and may extend beyond the usual turnaround time.
Delivery within major metro cities: 5–7 working days
Delivery to non-metro cities and remote locations: 8–10 working days
Jivaro Foods does not accept returns for any products.
Refunds or order cancellations are granted solely at the discretion of Jivaro Foods.
In the event that a refund is approved, the customer may be provided with a store credit or coupon code equivalent to the approved refund amount.
Please note that once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellations will no longer be permitted.
Title and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the delivery partner.
